Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control valve easy in replacement of components while keeping fastening force by a screw between a valve shaft and a valve element.SOLUTION: A control valve has a valve element 11 having a cylindrical portion 111, a valve shaft 12, and a locking tool 15. The valve element includes a female screw 112 formed on an inner wall of the cylindrical portion, and at least one chamfer portion 113 formed on an outer wall of the cylindrical portion. The valve shaft includes a first male screw 120 and a second male screw 121 formed on a surface at the other end side of the valve shaft, and the locking tool is formed integrally with a nut 150 corresponding to the second male screw, and includes a tongue portion 151 extended in a direction vertical to an axis P from one of end portions of the nut and foldable in a direction in parallel with the axis. The valve element and the valve shaft are connected by fastening the first male screw and the female screw, the locking portion is connected to the valve shaft by fastening the nut and the second male screw, and the tongue portion is folded to be kept into contact with the chamfer portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
