Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame kit for a PC card capable of providing a PC card free from backlash, the PC card using it and a PC card manufacturing method for easily assembling the PC card.
SOLUTION: The rotary engaging piece 43 of an upper panel 7 is engaged with a groove 33 for the rotary engaging piece formed at the rear end rod of a frame 6, which is rotated until its front end comes into contact with the panel 7. Similarly, after engaging a rotary engaging piece at the rear end edge of a lower panel with the groove 33, this lower panel is rotated until its front end comes into contact with the frame 6. The force-fitting piece 53 of the panel 7 is force-fitted to a first force-fitting groove 30 and the force-fitting piece of the lower panel is force-fitted to a corresponding force-fitting groove. Further, the upper-side lateral lock pieces 44 of the panel 7 are locked and engaged with the lower-side lateral lock piece on the side of the lower panel. Further, an upper-side front lock engaging piece 50 is force-fitted to a through groove formed at the frame 6.
