Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management device of meter reading data that eliminates the inconvenience or troublesome-ness to a resident or operator.SOLUTION: The management device includes: a zero-meter-reading-value continuation detection unit 5d1 that is disposed in a meter-reading abnormality discrimination unit 5d of a data center 5, identifies a meter reading meter having zero meter reading value from meter reading data of a meter reading data storage unit 5c, and, when the zero meter reading value of the meter reading meter continues for a previously determined period, outputs a signal; and a transmission unit, in response to this output signal of the zero-meter-reading-value continuation detection unit 5d1, transmits a site confirmation request signal via a communication line to a dispatch base 6 for managing the building in which the meter reading meter is installed.
