Title:
往復直線運動から一方向円運動への変換装置及び該装置を用いた乗り物
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP6577600
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
The present invention provides a device for converting reciprocating rectilinear motion into unidirectional circular motion. The device can convert a hand-driven rectilinear motion mode into a unidirectional circular motion mode by a combination of a rack and a gear, or a combination of a chain and a chain wheel, or a combination of a belt and a belt wheel, and conversion between a plurality of gear sets and unidirectional bearings, and has a simple and compact structure. Each of the gear sets comprises a large gear, a medium gear and a small gear, so a mode of converting an output torque and a rotating speed can be achieved by transverse sliding meshing of the gear sets, and the speed regulation is quite convenient. In addition, the gear sets in a device body are randomly arranged according to actual needs, such as rectilinear arrangement, triangular arrangement and the like. Combination quantity of gear sets can be increased or decreased, and quantity of gears in the gear sets can be increased or decreased according to the actual needs. In addition, the gears of the gear sets can be arranged according to a sequence of large gears, medium gears and small gears; and the speed can be changed step by step. The gears can also be arranged in a sequence of the small gears, the large gears and the medium gears; and the speed is changed in a saltatory manner. In addition, the present invention also provides a transportation vehicle using the device.
