To improve assembly efficiency by reducing the number of components to make management and transportation easy and simplifying assembly to make assembly work easy.SOLUTION: A cooking furnace apparatus includes: a space surrounded using a side wall 2 and a ceiling wall 3, the space formed on a base; a partition wall 4 provided so as to vertically partition the space; a combustion chamber 5 for combusting fuel F to generate combustion gas, the combustion chamber formed under the space; and a heating chamber 8 that has an outlet/inlet opening 6 through which an object to be cooked T is put in or out and an inflow opening 7 through which the combustion gas generated by the combustion chamber 5 is made to flow in to heat and cook the object to be cooked T put in from the outlet/inlet opening 6, the heating chamber formed over the space. The side wall 2 is formed using a metal plate, the ceiling wall 3 and the partition wall 4 are formed using slates, and each of the ceiling wall 3 and the partition wall 4 is made to be detachably attachable to the side wall 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
