PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coolant for a portable hat and a helmet, easy, facilitating adjusting a cooling temperature, and effective.SOLUTION: A coolant is such that: components excluding volatile gas is 3.0 vol.% or less in a coolant using evaporation latent heat; an actuator for spraying to the whole inner surface of a hat or a helmet, and a tube for cooling mainly a sweat-absorbing band are mounted; and the tip of the tube is gradually widened.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
