Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hardening cooling apparatus and a heat treatment apparatus, which can suppress scattering of a hardening liquid to the surroundings even when the hardening liquid in a pipe material is ejected.SOLUTION: A heat treatment apparatus 100 includes: a work guide body 122 that constitutes a hardening cooling apparatus; a cooling tank 130; and a work receiving body 133. The work guide body 122 extends in an inclined state such that a pipe material WK heated to a hardening temperature is guided by sliding toward the cooling tank 130 in an inclined posture relative to a horizontal direction, and, a tip end part 122a is formed positioned in the upper direction than a liquid surface of the hardening liquid 131. Furthermore, the work receiving body 133 is provided on a line in the traveling direction of the pipe material WK guided from the work guide body 122 in the cooling tank 130 and is formed in a groove that guides the traveling direction of the pipe material WK in a horizontal direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
