To provide a non-contact part cooling device for securing a heat transfer amount in no contact under a low-temperature and low-pressure lean gas atmosphere.
A superconductive magnetic bearing cooling device has: a power storage flywheel 5 provided in a low-temperature vacuum container 1 using a vacuum pump 10, for transmitting or separating transmitting force to a power generation motor 13 via an electromagnetic clutch 14, the flywheel 5 having a rotating shaft 6 kept in a non-contact condition by using a flotation bulk body 7; guide bulk bodies 8, 9 as rotors cooled by a refrigerator 11 and a cooling plate 2 and set in a low-temperature lean gas atmosphere; a flotation superconductive coil 3; and guide superconductive coils 4 and 4'. It cools a magnetic bearing while setting a pressure in a range from a pressure region where heat transfer with radiation is dominant close to a pressure region where heat transfer with gas molecule transmission is dominant.
