Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize further energy saving while utilizing free cooling when a cooled object having a temperature of 80°C or higher is cooled to a normal temperature in a chamber.SOLUTION: High temperature return air RA from a chamber R which houses a cooled object 51 is cooled sequentially by an exhaust heat recovery coil 21 of an air conditioner 20, a coolant coil 22, and a cold water coil 23 and is supplied to the chamber R as supply air SA. Cold water produced by an adsorption refrigerator 30 is supplied to the cold water coil 23. A coolant from a cooling tower 10 is supplied to the coolant coil 22. Water heated by the exhaust heat recovery coil 21 is used for regenerating a second adsorption heat exchanger 33 of the adsorption refrigerator 30.
