Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a copper alloy sheet excellent in heat release property, conductivity, repeated flexure processability and shape maintenance property.SOLUTION: A copper alloy sheet contains Ag of 0 to 1.0 mass%, Ti of 0 to 0.08 mass%, Ni of 0 to 2.0 mass%, Zn of 0 to 3.5 mass% and one or more kind selected from the group consisting of Cr, Fe, In, P, Si, Sn and Zr of total 0 to 0.5 mass% and the balance Cu with inevitable impurities and has conductivity of 60%IACS or more, tensile strength of 350 MPa or more and pole density in a crystal orientation with Euler angle (0,0,0) of 2 or more, where Euler angle (φ1,Φ,φ2) is a pair of angles while matching ND, TD and RD of a material and [001], [010] and [100] by rolling a rolling axis with a [001] orientation of the crystal and an ND direction of the material as an axis by φ1, then rolling by Φ for matching the ND axis and a z axis and rolling around the [001] axis by φ2 at the end.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
