Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a core, chiller, lamination molding material and mold manufacturing method capable of casting a high precision casting formed using a powder sticking lamination process, as well as applicable to a large sized casting.SOLUTION: An embodiment including a core, a chiller, a lamination molding material and a mold manufacturing method of the invention comprises: a core body formed of above-mentioned partial molds and adjacent members in which a set 101 of chillers include two chillers 109, 110 each having a doughnut shape embedded individually in a core upper mold and a core lower mold, the chillers including two individual chiller members 111 and 112 each having a semi-circular cross section shape embedded in an arrangement recess provided in a core lower mold; the set of chillers disposed in the core body to be contacted with molten metal, and made of a laminate molding material with high thermal conductivity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
