Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corner cut punch method for slantingly or curvedly cutting the corner of the tip and the rear end of a sheet, and capable of punching a hole by a punch blade in the same advancing-retreating frame.SOLUTION: A corner cut punch method of a sheet in a device is composed of support frames 38F and 38R capable of advancing-retreating from the crossing direction with the carrying direction of a carrying sheet, cut blades 40F and 40R installed in these support frames and slantingly or curvedly cutting the corner of the sheet and punch blades 42F and 42R adjacently provided in the cut blades and punching in the sheet, and is composed of a standby process of waiting for an arrival of the sheet, a tip cut process of cutting the tip side corner, a rear end cut process of cutting the rear end side corner of the sheet and a punching process of punching punch holes FP and RP in the sheet.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 17
