Abstract:
To provide a corpse storage vault that facilitates insertion and removal of a corpse.SOLUTION: A corpse storage vault of the present invention comprises a corpse storage chamber inside a main body which is a rectangular parallelepiped box-shape, and into which a corpse can be inserted from an opening provided at one end of the corpse storage chamber in a longer direction and from which the corpse can be removed. A floor part in the vicinity of the opening in a floor part of the corpse storage chamber serves as a movable floor which can be drawn from the opening, and a remaining floor part serves as a fixed floor. A pair of fixed conveyors which extend along the longer direction of the corpse storage chamber and arranged at constant intervals are provided on the fixed floor. The movable floor comprises a pedestal part which receives a load when the movable floor is drawn, and a spacer part which extends from the pedestal part within an arrangement interval of the pair of fixed conveyors. The pedestal part comprises a pair of movable conveyors each corresponding to one of the fixed conveyors, in the longer direction of the corpse storage chamber.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
