Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a front jacket and a production method thereof, having sufficient intensity and suppressing production cost.SOLUTION: An index part 150 of a front jacket 10 comprises: a recess part 100 disposed on a position facing a rear face of an index material for holding the index material therein; and gap parts 80a, 80b for inserting the index material thereinto. The recess part is disposed to become dent in a thickness direction from an external face of a front jacket body 20. Therefore, frequency in which the index part contacts an external article, is reduced. In addition, because there is no step on a boundary part between the index part and front jacket body, the front jacket is not caught to the external article. Therefore, the whole front jacket is not torn or bent. In addition, an iron frame or the like which projects from the front jacket body for enhancing intensity, is not needed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
