Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binder by which a ring part can be opened easily even when a bound paper is pressed or pinched by fingers.SOLUTION: A binder 70 has a plurality of binding hole 98 arranged linearly and binds a paper 90. The binder includes a positioning projection part 58 which positions the paper 90 placed on a placing part by inserting in the binding hole 98 in a state that other end part 80b of the plurality of ring parts 80 is opened. A downstream side end side 58a of the positioning projection part 58 in a first direction is placed on a downstream side by a desired distance from a downstream side end side 80c of the ring part 80 in the first direction when planarly viewing a state that the other end part 80b of the ring part 80 is closed. The desired distance is equal to or larger than a distance that a shaft member 72 moves in the first direction so as to release engagement of engagement means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 25
