Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for cultivating beech mushrooms which prevents germination failure in the case where liquid spawn of beech mushrooms is inoculated onto a culture medium 20 filled into a cultivation bottle 10.SOLUTION: A method for cultivating beech mushrooms includes the processes of: inoculating liquid spawn onto a culture medium 20 which is provided by filling a culture medium material into a cultivation bottle 10 of beech mushrooms and sterilizing the material; and covering a top face of the culture medium on which the liquid spawn has been inoculated by the sterilized culture medium material so as to form a culture medium top layer 30, and culturing a mushroom bed of beech mushrooms. In the process of culturing the mushroom bed of the beech mushrooms, a cap 50 for culturing beech mushrooms is fitted to a bottle mouth of the cultivation bottle 10 so as to pressure the culture medium top layer 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
