PURPOSE: To provide an angiography by a brachial puncture method capable of making contrast medium radiography of the coronary arteries and the vein bypasses as well as the internal thoratic arteries and the gastroepiploic veins, respectively, with the small burden on a patient by exchanging a catheter and reducing the costs of the angiography and medical treatment for the outpatient.
CONSTITUTION: This angiography by the brachial puncture method of the right and left coronary arteries and the vein bypasses as well as the gastroepiploic veins and the right and left internal thoratic arteries is executed by pricking a puncture tube into the arteries of the upper arm part and inserting the fine catheter of the following (a), (b) or (c) from this puncture tube: (a) The ISHIMURA catheter of a type for the right and left coronary arteries and the venous bypasses; (b) the ISHIMURA catheter of a type for the right and left internal thoratic arteries and (c) the ISHIMURA catheter of a type for the gastrocolic omentum arteries.
