PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To disclose a technique capable of suppressing a change in working pressure of a deformation plate.SOLUTION: The current cutoff device 10 is accommodated in a case 1, and includes a current-carrying plate 20, a first deformable plate 30, an insulating holder 80, and a metal member 90. The metal member 90 is disposed outside the holder 80 and the current-carrying plate 20, and is insulated from the electrode assembly 3, the current-carrying plate 20, the first deformable plate 30, and the terminal 7. The metal member 90 has a base portion 90b, a first bent portion 90a, and a second bent portion 90c. The outer edge portion of the holder 80 and the outer edge portion of the current-carrying plate 20 are disposed between the first bent portion 90a and the second bent portion 90c and sandwiched between the first bent portion 90a and the second bent portion 90c. A concave portion recessed inside the holder 80 is provided on the outer surface of the holder 80. The first bent portion 90a of the metal member 90 is disposed in the recessed portion in a state of abutting against the entire inner wall surface of the recess without a gap.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
