Abstract:
To provide a cutlery sharpener which can urgently restore sharpness of cutlery to a level for allowing the sharpness to be usable in a work site when the sharpens of the cutlery becomes dull during a use of the cutlery.SOLUTION: A cutlery sharpener comprises; a grip part having a length and a thickness for allowing a grip by a single hand; a both-edge sharpening part 11 arranged at a tip of the grip part, formed into a side-face triangular shape which is thinned in a thickness toward a tip side, and formed with a V-shaped groove 11A having a width of 6 mm at a tip edge at a tip part; cemented carbide both-edge sharpening blades 13 fixed to both inclination side parts of the groove 11A of the both-edge sharpening part, and mutually forming a V-shaped angle of 45° or 60° at both blade tips; a single-edge sharpening part 12 arranged at a rear end of the grip part, and forming a side-face triangular shape which is thinned in a thickness toward a rear end side, and formed with a V-shaped groove 12A having a width of 6 mm at a rear end edge at a rear end part; and cemented carbide single-edge sharpening blades 14 fixed to one inclination side part of the groove 12A of the single-edge sharpening part, and forming an angle of 30° with respect to the other inclination side part at blade tips.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
