Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter for a roll paper which can suppress warpage and curl or the like of a paper and generation of a defective caused by paper jam during conveyance by adequately conveying the paper without being affected by characteristics of the paper and an environment of a work floor.SOLUTION: A cutter is structured of a fixed lower blade, an upper blade for cutting a roll paper by rotating with respect to the lower blade, and a cross cutter which rotates the upper blade and to which the upper blade is fixed. At least one upper blade air nozzle for spraying air to a position in which the roll paper and the upper blade are in contact, and at least one lower blade air nozzle for spraying air to a position in which the roll paper and the lower blade are in contact are arranged in the cross cutter.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
