Abstract:
【課題】コンクリート床版の表面に形成された合成樹脂製の防水構造層を効率良く除去することができる道路の防水構造層除去方法およびその方法に用いる切削機ならびに研磨機を実現する。【解決手段】大型の切削機の切削により残った防水構造層を本願発明の切削機によって切削し、残った部分を本願発明の研磨機によって研磨して除去する。研磨機の研磨部４０には第１回転体４５と第２回転体４１〜４４とが設けられており、各第２回転体には第１研磨部材５１および第２研磨部材５２が同心円上に取付けられている。第１研磨部材５１の結合剤には研磨力が大きい大径のダイヤモンド粒が固着されており、第１研磨部材５１よりも硬度が高い第２研磨部材５２の結合剤には、研磨仕上げに適した小径のダイヤモンド粒が固着されている。【選択図】図５
