Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dam measurement data evaluation method capable of more accurately detecting at an earlier stage whether or not a change in a dam requires a measure such as a repair work to be taken.SOLUTION: In a dam measurement data evaluation method of the present invention with a dam as an analysis object, in order to evaluate soundness of the dam, the method executes the steps: to extract only the data having similarities to a date of the analysis in terms of a water level of a reservoir, an air temperature, a water temperature or a temperature of a dam body from accumulated past measurement data; to calculate a regression formula with an explanatory variable represented by either the air temperature, the water temperature, a temperature variable calculated from the air and the water temperatures or the temperature of the dam body and with an objective variable represented by either a water leakage volume, a deflection amount or an uplift pressure; to calculate a predicted value of the water leakage volume, the deflection amount or the uplift pressure with the calculated regression formula; and to evaluate actual measurement of the water leakage volume, the deflection amount or the uplift pressure on the date of the analysis by comparing the same with the predicted value.
