To provide a damper with a limiter, as part of a power transmission mechanism for a hybrid vehicle, for eliminating the deviation of limiter torque.

In an outer case 4 consisting of a front cover 14 and a rear cover 15 connected to each other with a drive plate 17, the damper 1 is provided with a plurality of damper springs 5, 5. An outer periphery plate having a friction material is mounted on the outer periphery of a disc 8 of the damper 1 and clamped by a limiter plate 2 thrust by a disc spring 3. A hub 13 having a shaft hole 12 to which an output shaft 19 is fitted is mounted at the center of the damper 1. Lubricant can be filled in the outer case 4.
