【課題】ネットワーク上の情報に基づく信用度を有効に活用すること。【解決手段】本願に係る決定装置は、算出部と、取得部と、決定部とを有する。算出部は、ネットワーク上で配信される広告であって第１の広告主が入稿した広告に関する情報と、第１の広告主とは異なる広告主である第２の広告主から入稿された広告に関する情報とに基づいて、当該第１の広告主の信用度を算出する。取得部は、前記算出部によって算出された第１の広告主の信用度を取得する。決定部は、取得部によって取得された第１の広告主の信用度に基づいて、当該第１の広告主が入稿した広告の配信され易さを決定する。【選択図】図１
