PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a determination method of an intermesh for an embossed steel plate which facilitates the grasping of the intermesh used when correcting warp of the embossed steel plate wound in a coil shape with a leveler.SOLUTION: An intermesh table q for a flat steel plate without embossment is preliminarily prepared, a spring back quantity Bf at each of various kinds of plate thickness when a load is removed after the flat steel plate is subjected to circular-arcuate bending deformation is determined by calculation or by actual bending, thereby, a spring back table Bf at each of the various kinds of plate thickness is prepared, a spring back quantity Be when a load is removed after a specified embossed steel plate of an actual plate thickness t is subjected to circular-arcuate bending deformation is measured, a plate thickness T corresponding to the spring back quantity Bf which is equal to or closest to the spring back quantity Be is found out from among the spring back table Bf of the flat steel plate, the plate thickness is set as an equivalent plate thickness T of the embossed steel plate and the intermesh q corresponding to the plate thickness T in the intermesh table q is set as an intermesh Q of the embossed steel plate having the actual plate thickness t.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
