Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a security operation support system that systemizes analyzing of causes of a battery coming to a near end (or falling in an amount of battery residual) to allow a handling quality by persons in charge to be made uniform.SOLUTION: A security device 2 is configured to receive a battery state signal from a crime-prevention sensor 7 installed in a monitor zone, and the crime prevention sensor 7 is configured to determine whether a battery comes to a near end (or falling in an amount of battery residual); and when the battery is determined to come to the near end, transmit an amount-of-residual warning signal to a center device 3. The center device 3 is configured to store an operation start date/time of the crime prevention sensor 7, and a battery replacement data/time thereof in the past, and store a minimum level value to be calculated from an expected value of a battery life for each crime prevention sensor 7. When receiving the amount-of-residual warning signal from the security device 2, the center device 3 is configured to calculate a lapse time from the operation start date/time of the crime prevention sensor 7 or the previous battery replacement date/time thereof; and when the lapse time does not satisfy the minimum level value, determine that an instrument is abnormal; and when the lapse time satisfies the minimum level value, determine that the battery is abnormal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
