Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a product effectively inhibiting degradation odor generated with time and having palatability when manufacturing the product having fatigue resistant effect by blending amino acid such as branched chain amino acid as a fatigue resistant material.SOLUTION: A degradation odor inhibitor of branched chain amino acid contains imidazole dipeptide as an active ingredient. Drink and food contains the same. In a degradation odor inhibition method of the branched chain amino acid, the imidazole dipeptide is contained in an amount of 0.005 to 0.55 times based on the weight of branched chain amino acid.SELECTED DRAWING: None
