PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dehydration method for sludge further reducing the water content of a dehydration cake and having a higher hydration effect.SOLUTION: Provided is a dehydration method for sludge comprising: a step where a flocculant having electric charges is added to sludge included in waste water; and a step where a fiber having electric charges is added after the step of adding the flocculant having electric charges, and the fiber having electric charges is added so as to be 3 wt.% or more by a dry weight ratio to the sludge.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
