CONSTITUTION: Tension coil springs 7 which are continuously fed in such a way that the hook sections of them are roughly in a level, are placed in a row in order by a point stopper 6, a wedge shaped stopper 2 is inserted in right after the lead tension coil spring 7A, and furthermore, a pin 5 is inserted into the hook section of the lead tension coil spring 7A, the lead tension coil spring 7A is thereby separated together with a separation unit composed of the point stopper 6, the pin 5 and of a hook receiver 4.
