Abstract:
To provide a delivery slip which makes it easier to confirm the content of a packed delivery article before shipment.SOLUTION: There is provided a delivery slip 1 in which: a laminated sheet 20 obtained by laminating release paper 21, a sticky layer 22 and a base material 23, and delivery sheet 2 on which a delivery tag 3 and an adhering tag 4 are printed are at least partially adhered via an adhesive layer; the delivery tag 3 and the adhering tag 4 are formed to be separable from the release paper 21; and the delivery tag 3 is formed to be separable from the adhering slip 4. A tag part 5 is further formed on the delivery sheet 2. The tag part 5 is formed to be separable from the laminated sheet 20. The delivery slip 1 is provided with a first adhesive layer 11 formed at a position overlapping with areas of the delivery tag 3 and the adhering tag 4, and a second adhesive layer 12 different from the first adhesive layer 11 and formed at a position overlapping with an area of the tag part 5, when the delivery slip 1 is viewed in a planar view.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
