PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a package unloader that enables winding packages to be unloaded from a plurality of package platforms by using common equipment, respectively.SOLUTION: A package unloader 40 includes: a body frame 41 movable in an arrangement direction of a winding base; a package retainer 43 that is provided in the body frame 41; and an air hoist 44 that lifts/lowers the package retainer 43 between a reception position to receive a winding package P from a stocker and a recovery position below the reception position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
