PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a desk cold insulation device which achieves excellent appearance, is inexpensive, and can cool a beverage for a long time on a desk.SOLUTION: A cold insulation device has a simple structure where a resin container with a cold insulation cover 1 is filled with a cold insulator 7 and is used only by being frozen in a refrigerator.
