Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic coupler desorption device for a pile press-in pullout machine and a desorption method therefor causing no reduction in work efficiency through selective installation and usage of a link mechanism.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a desorption device for a hydraulic coupler at a pile press-in pullout machine for use in detaching a first joint and a second joint constituting a hydraulic coupler to supply hydraulic pressure from a hydraulic unit to a pile press-in pullout machine comprising a first supporter body installed at the first joint in a desorption manner and axial immovable manner and having a fixed shaft protruded therefrom; a second supporting body installed at the second joint in a desorption manner and axial immovable manner and having a moving shaft protruded therefrom; a link pivotally supporting the moving shaft and a link shaft spaced apart by a prescribed distance from the moving shaft; and an arm pivotally supported at the link shaft and connected to the fixed shaft in a desorption manner. The fixed shaft and the moving shaft are moved to or moved away from each other through pivoting the link around the link shaft as a fulcrum point so as to cause the first joint and the second joint to be detached and independent from both hydraulic coupler and the pile press-in pullout machine.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
