Title:
有機ハロゲン化合物残留機器の無害化処理方法及び無害化処理装置
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP5287505
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

To provide a detoxifying treatment method and an apparatus for an instrument with a remaining organic halogen compound, by which the organic halogen compound remaining in the container and the inner member of the instrument such as a transformer housing the organic halogen compound can be easily detoxified in a short period of time before disassembling the instrument without using a special detoxifying treatment apparatus and without producing harmful dioxins as by-products.

In the detoxifying treatment for decomposing the organic halogen compound remaining in the container and the inner member, circulation such that a solution composed of a hydrogen donor and an alkali compound is filled into the container, the organic halogen compound is eluted and a liquid mixture is obtained, and then the liquid mixture is run through a catalyst filling apparatus arranged in a catalyst tank, and after being stored in a liquid reservoir at the lower part of a catalyst tank, the liquid mixture is returned to the container, is performed. When the organic halogen compound is decomposed by the circulation, the liquid heated by irradiation with a microwave at running through the catalyst filling apparatus is cooled at the liquid reservoir. Thus, there are provided the detoxifying treatment method and the detoxifying treatment apparatus to be used for the same.
