Abstract:
The apparatus (1) has an elastic matrix portion (22) that is arranged in parallel to running steel or textile yarns. A roller blades (5,6) are arranged at the top and bottom of the cutting contact portions to cut the matrix portion. A downstream blade (11) is arranged corresponding to the roller blades to completely cut the matrix portion. The downstream blade and roller blades are attached at the common support (2). The downstream blade is provided with a hook blade (12). An independent claim is included for method for trimming edge of steel or textile cord band.
