Abstract:
The device has a throttle stretch (33) between an inlet and outlet and with a flow channel (34) having on one side several spaced projections (39) so that a vortex chamber is formed between each two projections. The flow channel is formed between the tips of the projections and the opposite wall. The throttle stretch comprises several layers provided with openings.
