Abstract:
The cooking device has housing (1) enclosing a cooking space (2) and a rear fan space (4) for a circulation fan (5), separated from the cooking space by a partition wall (3). The cooking space is supplied with a hot air containing steam, with a condensation device (16) extending into the cooking space from the pressure side of the circulation fan, e.g. an injector jet providing a jet (17) directed in the flow direction of the hot air.
