Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus information display method, an apparatus information storage device, and a computer program capable of efficiently transmitting data to a portable terminal carried by a CE, and displaying information only on a device that the CE needs.SOLUTION: An apparatus information display method for transmitting apparatus information on a maintenance target apparatus (server computer 5) to portable communication equipment (a portable terminal 2) on the basis of a notification from a position storage server (position management server 3), and displaying the apparatus information received by the portable communication equipment on a display portion, comprises: receiving, by an apparatus information storage device (x device 1), a notification that the portable communication equipment approaches the apparatus information storage device or the maintenance target apparatus from the position storage server; reading, by the apparatus information storage device, the apparatus information stored in a storage unit; transmitting, by the apparatus information storage device, the read apparatus information to the portable communication equipment; receiving, by the portable communication equipment, the apparatus information; acquiring, by an imaging unit of the portable communication equipment, an apparatus image corresponding to the received apparatus information; and displaying the acquired image and the received apparatus information on the display portion.
