Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superior color image recording device which has a small size and a simple constitution in an intermediate transfer part and which is excellently maintained. SOLUTION: In this color image recording device, an image formed on a photoreceptor 18 at an image forming position is transferred to recording paper through an intermediate transfer belt 3 stored in the intermediate transfer unit 2. In this case, individual units 12 are loaded on a rotary body from a lid part on the top surface of the device in a state where the opening part 1C of each unit is directed upward while the units are guided by being moved in rotation by the rotary body to an image forming position. The intermediate transfer unit 2 is inserted into the inside of the device from an opening and closing part 1A in front of the device, guided to a transfer position and installed facing to a photoreceptor 18.
