Abstract:
The arrangement has at least one fuel cell and accumulator, a central monitoring, switching unit attached to the cell with reversible electrical contacts for connection to the cell via conductors and dust- and water-tight lead-throughs, a control and evaluation unit and cell operating state sensors. A fuel cell protection switch is closed on reaching operational readiness after starting the cell and opened on detecting critical operating states. The arrangement has at least one fuel cell, at least one accumulator, a central monitoring and switching unit with a housing (19) removably attached to the fuel cell housing (20) with reversible electrical contacts for connection to the fuel cell via conductors and dust- and water-tight lead-throughs, a control and evaluation unit and sensors for detecting fuel cell operating states. A fuel cell protection switch is closed on reaching operational readiness after starting up the fuel cell and is opened if critical operating states are detected by the sensors.
