Abstract:
A micro strip transmission line (MSTL) (10) with an end (10') in a substrate (11) transfers high-frequency (HF) wanted signals. First (12) and second (13) earthing surfaces (ES) are placed on opposite sides of the MSTL to form a transmission electron microscope wave-guide structure. An opening (14) in the first ES with a preset clearance from the end of the MSTL decouples an HF signal.
