Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device supplied to use in a corrosive atmosphere which reduces use of Ta that is an expensive rare metal and has superior economical efficiency to a conventional device made entirely from Ta, and whose corrosion resistance is not impaired.SOLUTION: A device has such a structure having a dissimilar metal weld joint in which, on the basis of corrosive characteristics of use environment, Ta is used only at a portion that needs Ta, and other portion is substituted with at least one kind selected from the group consisting of Nb, Zr, Ti, and Ti-Pd.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
