Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diagnosis device of a link operation device capable of diagnosing deterioration of components with high accuracy and notifying a user of the same before a device becomes unusable by breakage even when there is a play such as backlash in a drive transmission system.SOLUTION: A diagnosis device is applied to a link operation device 1 in which a link hub 15 at a tip side is connected to a link hub 14 at a base end side through three sets or more of link mechanisms 11-13 in a manner that an attitude can be changed, and actuators 30 are respectively disposed on the link mechanisms 11-13. A prescribed motion is performed under a prescribed condition by driving each of the actuators 30. Further, a preload application portion 52 is disposed to apply preload to the link operation device 1. A torque detection portion 53 is disposed to detect driving torque of each actuator 30 in a preload application state. Further, a determination portion 54 for determining whether the torque detected by the torque detection portion 53 is within a prescribed range or not, and a notification portion 56 for notifying the result of the determination are disposed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
