Abstract:
To accurately output a leakage amount of steam in a steam trap of which type and model are different from a certain type and model.SOLUTION: A diagnostic device 1 includes: a sensor 11 outputting an analog signal indicating vibration of a third steam trap of which type is identical to a type of a second steam trap different from that of a first steam trap and of which model is different from that of the second steam trap; an amplifier circuit 12 for an output signal from the sensor 11; an AD converter 20 converting the output signal from the amplifier circuit 12 into a digital signal; an amplification section 40 amplifying the output signal from the AD converter 20 by using a product of a ratio of a vibration value when vibration is saturated in the first steam trap to a vibration value when the vibration is saturated in the second steam trap and a ratio of a vibration value of vibration characteristics of the second steam trap to a vibration value of vibration characteristics of the third steam trap as an amplification ratio; a conversion section 60 converting the vibration value of the third steam trap indicated by the output signal from the amplification section 40 into steam leakage amount in the third steam trap; and output sections 14-17 outputting the steam leakage amount in the third steam trap.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
