Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die hardly jamming molding materials at an extrusion port and capable of stably conducting molding processing.SOLUTION: A die 1 is arranged at a terminal of an axis direction X of a cylinder barrel 10, which has a screw 12, of an extruder 20 and has a flow channel 2 and an extrusion port 3 of a molding material M which is extruded by the screw 12. The die 1 has a flow channel reduction part 4 of which cross section area S of the flow channel 2 is gradually reduced toward a downstream side of an extrusion direction X1 of the molding material M and a shape arrangement part 5 for passing the molding material M from the flow channel reduction part 4 to the extrusion port 3 and shape arranging the same to a prescribed shape. An inner wall face 4a forming the flow channel 2 of the flow channel reduction part 4 has a flow control part 41 which is a protruded curve toward an inside of the flow channel reduction part 4 in a cross section view along an axis direction X.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
