Abstract:
To provide a die cast molding machine, while suppressing the collapse of the shape of a semi-solidified metal charged to an injection sleeve, capable of suppressing the heat removal from the semi-solidified metal charged to the injection sleeve.SOLUTION: Provided is a die cast molding machine 100 comprising: a die 105 including a stationary die 1a and a movable die 1b; a cylindrical injection sleeve 23 fitted to the stationary die 1a; a movable die plate driving mechanism 103 moving the movable die 1b to the stationary die 1a and performing the closing of the die 105; an air cylinder 3 extruding a semi-solidified metal M in a cylindrical container C arranged between the stationary die 1a in an opening state and the movable die 1b into the injection sleeve 23 so as to be charged therein; and a plunger 21 injecting the semi-solidified metal M charged into the injection sleeve 23 to the die in a closing state by the air cylinder 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
