Abstract:

To provide a flexible dielectric film which has a high relative dielectric constant, and a transducer with a large displacement using the dielectric film.

The dielectric film is formed by cross-linking an elastomer composition containing an elastomer which has heteroatom in a molecule and a liquid compound with a high relative dielectric constant which has heteroatom in a molecule and is compatible with the elastomer. The dielectric film is interposed between at least a pair of electrodes to constitute the transducer.
