Title:
LINEAR MOTION AND ROTATING MOTION CONVERTING DEVICE AND ITS TRANSMISSION BODY
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2017198245
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear motion and a rotating motion converting device capable of improving a power transmission efficiency from a linear moving body to a rotating body by reducing a sliding resistance of a transmission body.SOLUTION: A pair of guide protrusions 8c, 8c are freely fitted in a circulating helical groove 7a more shallow as compared with an engaging protrusion 8a fitted into the circulating helical groove 7a, a free clearance is arranged in a depth direction and a width direction between it and a groove inner surface of the circulating helical groove 7a and they can be rotated around a center of an engaging protrusion 8a, so that they can be moved away from the groove inner surface of the circulating helical groove 7a. Due to this fact, it is possible to prevent the pair of front and rear guide protrusions 8c, 8c from being always contacted to each other with a strong friction force at the groove inner surface of the circulating helical groove 7a. As a result, since only the engaging protrusion 8a of a transmission body 8 is contacted with the groove inner surface of the circulating helical groove 7a and a force of a sliding rod 6 is always transmitted to a rotating output shaft 5, it is possible to reduce a frictional resistance between the transmission body 8 and the circulating helical groove 7a and to improve a force transmission efficiency from the sliding rod 6 to the rotating output shaft 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
