Abstract:
To enhance warning about a disaster to be brought to a house by a large amount of water.SOLUTION: A disaster warning system includes a warning device which is arranged inside a house so as to predict a disaster to the house and to output warning. The system includes: a sensor section arranged at least inside a house or in the periphery of the house, so as to detect an event to occur with respect to the house; a calculation section 21 for determining the risk of a disaster to the house based on information to be obtained from the sensor section; and an output section 22 for outputting a determination result of the calculation section. The sensor section includes: an immersion sensor for detecting that rain or water is stored to a fixed depth; and a disaster-related event sensor for detecting an event related to a disaster with the increased risk of occurrence due to storage of rain or water to a fixed depth. The calculation section determines the risk of a disaster to a house by combining information to be transmitted from the immersion sensor with information to be transmitted from the disaster-related event sensor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
