Abstract:
To provide a display device in which the number of manufacturing steps is reduced and the reliability is improved.SOLUTION: A display device comprises a plurality of scanning lines, a plurality of signal lines, a plurality of pixels, a pixel electrode, and a common electrode. The pixel electrode includes a first trunk portion and a plurality of first branch portions extending from the first trunk portion, and the common electrode includes a second trunk portion and a plurality of second branch portions extending from the second trunk portion. Each of the plurality of first branch portions and each of the plurality of second branch portions are arranged alternately, and the signal lines and the pixel electrode are formed of the same material and by the same process.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
